This year we are not just zentral! but also extra large. The traditional annual exhibition will cover a larger area in 2025. As a result, we will be able to present more and larger works from the current Central Swiss art scene.
A jury of experts views the portfolios entered and selects the most interesting for the exhibition at the Kunstmuseum Luzern. The result is a diverse mediatranscending show in which the dynamics and potential of art in Central Switzerland can be seen and experienced. Current trends in contemporary art are taken up as well as the peculiarities of local artistic creation. zentral! XL is a platform and talent factory with aura and tradition, a cosmos that reaches beyond the regional horizon.
During the opening not only is the Jury Prize / Prize of the Central Swiss Cantons and the Prix Visarte Central Swiss awarded but also the Exhibition Prize of the Kunstgesellschaft Luzern: the Solo exhibition at the Kunstmuseum Luzern the following year.
