ArtClub Luzern

The approximately 234 members of ArtClub Luzern support the ambitious exhibition programme of Kunstmuseum Luzern with their membership contributions. However ArtClub Luzern doesn’t just see itself as a funding association, but actively engages with art. At between 6 and 8 occasions a year the members encounter art inside and outside the Kunstmuseum: they receive a glimpse behind the scenes while exhibitions are being set up, they visit works from the collection kept in the store room or have the first opportunity to view the latest exhibition at a preview. Studio visits or artists’ talks complete the diverse annual programme. The annual ArtClub Luzern exhibition or special outings offer an opportunity to stay in contact with the personalities involved in the Association.
